Inkcubeko ne Qhayiya (IQ) is a youth-driven organisation dedicated to empowering young people through education, recreation, arts, culture, and leadership development. Founded in Soweto, we work to inspire positive change and provide sustainable opportunities that uplift communities — especially the youth, women, and people with disabilities. We believe in holistic development — nurturing both talent and character — by offering programmes that promote creativity, leadership, and life skills.
Through sports, cultural initiatives, and community projects, Inkcubeko ne Qhayiya helps young people realise their potential, stay off the streets, and become active contributors to society. Our initiatives span education awareness, arts and crafts, cultural heritage, and social inclusion. We aim to create an environment where every young person can thrive, build resilience, and unlock their sense of purpose.
YOUTH LEADERSHIP- This seeks to development and sharpen leadership skills on disadvantaged communities, promoting youth leadership opportunities by taking the off the streets
